CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLES AND INSTITUTIONS

The lectures and thecase study analysis of thesubject intend to present an introduction and a critical approach, especially to the role and the importance of the contemporary Constitutional Institutions, throughout the process of their formation and their evolution at an international and national level, after the three constitutional revisions. Emphasis is given on the sociopolitical dimension of the Constitutional Institutions, which are examined under the spectrum of the historical evolution and the contemporary enshrinement of the fundamental principles which characterize the organization and implementation of the current governmental democratic system, at both a supranational and national level.
