ADMINISTRATIVE LAW II

This course is offered to 3-year undergraduate students. Its main aims are: (1) To teach the basic principles of the judicial review of administrative action; (2) to provide a critical analysis of the Greek judicial system; (3) to teach the students to interpret the relevant statutes. Topics include: Judicial remedies as well as procedural proceedings before the Council of State, the Court of Audit, (Comptrollers Court) and ordinary administrative courts.
