Curriculum Vitae

Studied Law at the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (1996-2001) and followed graduate studies at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the same University (2001-2002), from which she received a Master’s Degree with Honours on ‘State and Public Policy’ - grant from the State Scholarships Foundation. Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) with Honours obtained from the aforementioned Department in 2008.

Fluency in English, French, German and Italian as well as basic knowledge of Spanish.

Lecturer in Administrative Science at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, since July 2011; has been elected Assistant Professor in May 2020. Has also taught classes at the Business Administration Course of the Hellenic Open University, the Athens Medical School, the Department of Business Administration of the University of West Attica, the Department of Local Government of the Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata, the National School of Public Administration and Local Government as well as the Diplomatic Academy.

Member of academic associations, such as the Hellenic Institute of Administrative Sciences, the Hellenic Political Science Association, the Greek Association of Public Law and Policy (member of the Management Board), the International Political Science Association, the Greek League for Women’s Rights (treasurer) and the Association des Femmes de l’Europe Méridionale (member of the Management Board). Alternate member of the Greek National Commission for Human Rights, since January 2016.
