The lectures and the case study analysis intend to presentan introduction and a critical approach to the subject in question, both in terms of the general part of the study of fundamental right as well as of the special part thereof. The general part refers to the basic characteristics and wider sociopolitical dimensions of the fundamental rights’ protection system at both an international and national level, whereas the special partrefers mostly to the concrete definition of the protection field, regarding the individual and social rights.
