ADMINISTRATIVE LAW I

This course is offered to third - year undergraduate students. Its main aims are: (1) To teach the basic principles of administrative action; (2) to provide a critical analysis of the Greek administrative system; (3) to teach the students to interpret the relevant statutes. Topics include: The structure of the State, the structure and the function of public administration, the legal status of administrative acts and public contracts and the responsibility of the public authorities for compensation according to public or private law.
